Earth and its two types of layers like compositional layers and mechanical layers

Image
KNOW ABOUT EARTH AND ITS LAYERS!!!      The Earth can be divided into one of two ways – mechanically or chemically. Mechanically – or rheologically, meaning the study of liquid states – it can be divided into the lithosphere, asthenosphere, mesospheric mantle, outer core, and the inner core. But chemically or by composition, which is the more popular of the two, it can be divided into the crust, the mantle (which can be subdivided into the upper and lower mantle), and the core – which can also be subdivided into the outer core, and inner core. COMPOSITIONAL LAYERS OF THE EARTH      Core, mantle, and crust are divisions based on composition. The crust makes up less than 1 percent of Earth by mass, consisting of oceanic crust and continental crust is often more felsic rock. The mantle is hot and represents about 68 percent of Earth’s mass. Finally, the core is mostly iron metal. The core makes up about 31% of the Earth. Crust: It is the  outermost soli...

Greenhouse effect and Greenhouse gases and its causes, effects also GHG Protocol

About Greenhouse Effect: Solar insolation (short wave radiation) reaches the Earth and is transparent to the Earth’s atmosphere. The greenhouse effect is absorbed by the earth’s surface, which increases its temperature. The earth’s surface radiates back the rest of the heat to the atmosphere (Long-Wave Radiation). Some of the heat is trapped by greenhouse gases such as Carbon dioxide, Methane, Ozone, Nitrous Oxide, Chlorofluorocarbon compounds (CFCs), and Water Vapor in the atmosphere. Thus, they add to the heating, which is known as the greenhouse effect of the atmosphere. This causes global warming. However, life on Earth could not exist without some naturally occurring greenhouse gases. Without them, no heat would be trapped in the atmosphere, leading to extreme cold or permafrost conditions.      Greenhouse gases  are atmospheric gases that trap heat from the Earth’s surface, contributing to the greenhouse effect. This phenomenon is leading to significant global ...

Global Warming and its causes, effects on various aspects, advantages, disadvantages and solution of reducing the Global house gas emissions

ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING      Global Warming   is a pressing environmental issue characterised by the rise in Earth’s average temperature, primarily driven by human activities such as fossil fuel combustion, deforestation, and industrial processes . This phenomenon leads to significant climate changes and affects ecosystems, human health, and global economies. This article aims to study in detail the factors contributing to global warming, its far-reaching consequences, and the strategies we can implement to combat this critical challenge for our planet’s future. Global warming refers to the increase in the Earth’s average temperature, primarily due to human activities. This phenomenon, commonly linked with climate change, results from the excessive emission of greenhouse gases (GHGs) into the atmosphere. While global warming can have multiple causes, human interference—such as burning fossil fuels, deforestation, and industrial activities—is the most significant factor....
